So, I mean the official language in which the laws were written, in addition to the local language, with the need to take into account the linguistic context.

This is because judicial rulings depend largely on language.

This article aims to define legal linguistics, or judicial linguistics, and to give an overview about its history and development, and methods of using linguistic evidence in legal procedures, as typical types of linguistic evidence, and forensic method, analysis of discourse, phonetics in analyzing crimes and events, legal transcription, and the linguistic contrast between the first and second witness, and between the language of the accused and the victim, and all this happens with good use and understanding of the language.
