which made it the concern of the Legislator who has always worked to control it with legal provisions that guarantee the rights and duties of both the Lessor and the Tenant In accordance with international provisions that impose the need for the state's legal orientations to open up to international legal principles and provisions.

Which created a difference in the viewpoints studying this amendment between those who support and oppose the new provisions related to the commercial lease.

Through this research paper, we will studied the provisions for renewing the lease agreement under Law 02-05which includes the amendment of the Commercial Law.
