The Algerian legislature has subjected the right to strike to a set of legal procedures and conditions that workers must abide in accordance with the provisions of Law 90/02 of February 06, 1990, relating to the prevention and settlement of collective disputes at work, and the exercise of the right to strike, as the legislator imposed in the beginning, the exhaustion of amicable settlement methods For a dispute before stopping work, and after completing these methods, the legislator obliges the workers or the most representative trade union organizations to send to the used body prior notice of the strike while avoiding hindering the freedom of work in the event of the strike and other conditions, and with the availability or ence of these conditions, the legality of the strike is determined or not.
