Abstract EN

The study aimed to reveal the existence of differences in the results of the role struggle wich female workers are suffering from in the medical corps in terms of age, professional experience, spouse function, family status and the number of children.

The descriptive approach is the approved approach and we used the form to collect information from the sample that consisted of100 workers, and the results were subject to the necessary statistical treatment by the "STAISTICA" program The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the results of role conflict among women working in the medicalprofession in terms of age, work experience, the function of the husband, the family situation, so that there were no differences in terms of the number of children.
