This study aimed to highlight one of the important measures، namely the Purdue Surveying Scale، which was prepared by Noel Khephart and Eugene Roche.

The scale consists of thirty-one items representing eleven sub-tests distributed into five main areas: (balance and texture، body image and its distinction، perceptual-kinematic pairing، visual control - shape perception، and given the importance of perceptual abilities، their development is one of the goals entrusted to physical education as a school subject.
