Abstract AR
Abstract EN
SummeryThe topic of "The influence of Islam in Europe" is an important topic addressed by a number of scholars and researchers, when the Europeans began to come into contact with Islamic civilization, the illiteracy rate among Europeans was very high, and they had no other cultural source than the Arab-Islamic civilization on European soil in Andalusia, Sicily and others.
European scientists began to pay attention to Islamic science and philosophy in the 12th century, realized the importance of what they should learn from Ar, and were engaged in studying those sciences and translating the important ones into Latin.
All European philosophical schools had to be surrounded by translations from Arabic, so all kinds of subsequent European philosophy owed to Arab writers and scholars.
Muslim Arestablished higher education institutions at the beginning of the ninth century, and at the end of the eleventh century, there were university-like educational institutions in most major cities.
At that time, Spanish cities were home to Europe's most important and prestigious universities, graduating tens of thousands of European students.
The University of Montpellier was established by Muslim scholars, three of them a medical specialist and the other a specialist in.
