This article seeks to scientifically diagnose one of the most important problems hindering the achievement of goals and the achievement of quality in the higher education sector, related to the issue of the problem of public relations and prevalent in the university environment, because it is not possible to envisage a homogeneous and harmonious action between individuals, programs and structures without the necessary relationships.
