Abstract EN

The study aimed to recognize the level of occupational maturity and its relation to the organizational justice among the secondary private schools’ principal in Amman as perceived by their teachers.

the correlational descriptive survey was used, and two tools were developed, and their validity and stability were verified.

the first one was a questionnaire to measure the level of occupational maturity that consisted of (40) items divided into three aspects, the emotional support and care for the individual, culture, experience and skill, achieving the goal.

the second tool was a questionnaire that measured the organizational justice among the principals, it consisted of (31) items divided into three aspects, the distributive justice, the procedural justice, and the interactional justice.

using the simple random sample, (135) teachers were chosen from the secondary schools of the general secretariat for the Christian educational foundation in Amman.

the findings of the study showed that the level of occupational maturity among the principals and the degree of organizational justice were high, and that there is a significant statistical correlation between them among the secondary private schools’ principal in Amman.

the study recommended the cooperation between public and private schools to benefit from their experience in the fields of occupational maturity and organizational justice.
