The protection of rights and freedoms constitute the most important foundations of modern constitutional systems, where intentionally to her with a set of constitutional principles and disciplines, in order to ensure that all citizens, without discrimination or exception.

Within the scope of the profound constitutional amendments approved by the Moroccan Kingdom brought about by the constitution 2011 aimedat expanding the field of public rights and freedoms to enhance a desire democratic transition a constitutional court was founded to replace the constitutional council.

This constitution court has muchwider power and itisparticularly open to individuals to defendrights and freedoms guaranteed to them constitutionally.

This importance of political rights and freedoms in the legal field prompted me to search for the extent of the contribution of the Constitutional Court of the Moroccan in the protection of these rights and freedoms
