We tried to clarify the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court in adjudicating international crimes contained in its statute as a complementary jurisdiction to the jurisdiction of national courts, and to clarify its role in protecting the right to human dignity.

Highlighting the positive role of the court in relation to human rights issues, and displaying deficiencies in its work; it combines judicial oversight and follow-up, with the obligation of all human society to respect this authority.
