When the developed countries resolved to put in place the TRIPS Agreement- and all the agreements emanating from the World Trade Organization – they declared that the goal is to help humanity liberalize trade between countries in order to achieve the desired goal, which is for humanity to enjoy greater prosperity, yet these dreams reaped no fruit in the middle of the nationals of the developing countries, the achievement of this wish is exclusively limited to the developed countries, which have only sought to achieve the well-being of their citizens at the expense of developing countries, including health care, but the Corona virus came to destroy the health systems that boasted so much of their capabilities; what the developed countries used to possess of medicinal technology and health systems did not secure them against a fierce attack from a virus that did not know the limits or agreements that were set in order to achieve their interests, nor their enormous economic or health capabilities and facilities they possessed by the TRIPS Agreement in the field of medicine as the weapon which can lend a helping hand to defeat the virus.

However , when it comes to the Corona virus, it is not possible – at least for the time being – to talk about a safe drug with a patent, and then relying on one of the mechanisms that the TRIPS Agreement came to stop the bleeding of souls that reap or prevent the virus from continuing its crawl.

What can be done is only relying on compulsory licensing for public health purposes of adjuvant drugs that help reduce the severity of the virus and its victory over humanity.
