The development that affected contracts in the economic field led to the necessity of changing the jurisprudential theories regarding the status of others.

This is what made the legislator review the concept and position of others in order to achieve protection for it, as its existence became associated with the existence of its parties.

If the contract protects the parties, then the law protects others from complicity, fraud and attempt to harm them, through the means that the legislator has assigned to others to protect it from the parties.

It appears that the interference of others in the contract is of great importance in the economic field and this is represented in achieving the legal security that the legislator himself seeks to achieve, in order to exclude any potential obstacle that may face the implementation of the contract, which required protection as a weak party in the company contract.

The present research paper tries to show who the other is in this context and how the legislator particularly assigned him legal protection.
