The study aimed to identify the role of transformational leadership in achieving administrative creativity among workers in the youth and sports directorates.

The study was applied to a sample of workers in the directorates of youth and sports, numbering (547), a questionnaire was used to collect the field data necessary to conduct the study, and the reliability and validity test of the scale used in the study was conducted using the Alpha Cronbach coefficient.

The study concluded that there is a positive role for the dimensions of transformational leadership represented in (intellectual arousal, charismatic influence, individual considerations, inspirational motivation) in achieving administrative creativity with its dimensions of (intellectual fluency, mental flexibility, focus attention, and a sense of the problem).
