The emergence of COVID-19 has attracted the attention of all around the world because of its serious effects on human health and life, and on society in general.

Therefore, many questions have been raised in the field of penal law about what is criminal liability, in the event of endangering third parties by transmitting covid-19 virus to it, and the extent to which the person infected with the coronavirus is criminalized and punished when he intentionally or accidentally transmits this virus to others, and accordingly speaks of death or abuse due to this virus, this study has come to examine this matter.

The fact that access to a specific criminal description may be difficult of some kind, and the search for criminal intent raises other problems, especially since this virus has not been proven to be a deadly virus.

Therefore, the criminal adaptation of the transmission of covid-19 virus infection is not easy to answer, if the adaptation will be based on the general rules of criminalization and punishment.
