The Algerian legislator regulated the provisions of the invoice transfer contract within commercial bonds under Articles 543 bis 14 of the Commercial Code and beyond, which is a practical mechanism for debt financing and management, as well as its collection to ensure the proper conduct of the transaction, and the preservation of trust and credit.
