Abstract EN

This study deals with a wide marginalized group of society, namely, the group of released prisoners and their suffering from exclusion and social marginalization, which may be the cause of their return to crime, and therefore requires their social care and care, and since this is the responsibility of the State and society, a group of bodies have ensured this, and the Social Development Agency is one of the most important bodies that play a major and essential role in providing social welfare and material assistance to fragile and socially disadvantaged groups, through a range of effective programmes and devices.

In fact, a wide range of released prisoners have been formally included in these programmes as suffering from marginalization, social exclusion, deprivation and material and moral vulnerability.
