Algeria has played an important role in the managing and resolving crises, along the continent, given that the African continent is its strategic depth, and inspired from its firm principles of good neighborhood and peaceful conflict resolution, Consequently ,Algeria foreign policy has been active via its diplomacy as its, mediated for conflicts resolution, principally ,it has been exposed to a mined field along its southern borders ,Mali in particular ,These explodable threats ,especially ,the problem of Tuaregs who represent one of t he components of the national society ,Algerian diplomacy already made lot of achievements, such as the reconciliation agreements aiming at setteling the conflict in northern Mali ,although its efforts has been far obstructed .
