This study aims to identify the use of information and communication technology and its impact on supporting and developing the quality of higher education in Algeria, ways to activate it and what are the pros and cons resulting from its use.

The role of modern technology in improving the quality of higher education and the limitations of using this technology in education and its educational obstacles.

We will also talk about the future of Algeria in light of the use of technology and the resulting changes, and the efforts made by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to digitize the sector.

And address it and conclude our study with the most important recommendations to make the most of this technology in higher education until the goal behind it is achieved.
