Abstract EN

In the context of promoting local development and sustaining it, the Algerian government has adopted the strategy of procuration, as one of the modern methods of administration and management.

Thanks to this policy, it opens the way for the private sector to participate in the management of public facilities within local collectivities through various forms of contracts, aspiring to improve the level of local services addressed to the public.

On the other hand, this policy aims concomitantly at supporting the sustainable development of the local collectivities especially at the economic level.

This would undoubtedly be fruitful provided that the legal texts are applied in favour of this policy.
