Abstract EN

The hadiths Prophet of rulings are among the most important hadith books that have received the attention of scholars to clarify what is acceptable from what is forbidden, and what is right from wrong, among these publications is the book of Imam Ibn al-Jawzi, “al-Tahqiq fi Ahadith al-Kilaf” in it he collected a lot of hadeeth evidence that the Hanbalis inferred, as well as that which was inferred by the owners of the madhhabs opposing the Hanbalis in many chapters and jurisprudential issues, then he investigated and discussed them, but he did not follow a single method when invoking these different narrators ; sometimes he accepts them, and at other times he rejects them.

therefore, the importance of the research was in revealing his position in invoking these narrators, and clarifying his rulings resulting from this position, especially since many researchers rely on the rulings of al-Hafiz Ibn al-Jawzi, as well as his jurisprudential preferences in this book.

the aim of the research was to collect and study these narrators, to find out the reasons for this difference in arguing with them, to find out the argument for that, and to clarify the consequences thereof.

the research consisted of an introduction, a preface, two chapters, and a conclusion, in which i relied on the inductive and analytical method.

and i reached some results, that the reasons for the difference in the ruling of Ibn al-Jawzi in the invocation of some narrators lie in : sectarian fanaticism, error in quoting from the imams, and the use of some rules in a different way, and disagreement scholars in correcting some hadiths, or additions that are unique to those whose singularity is not valid, and also strengthening the evidence of his doctrine or refuting the opponent’s evidence for what is wrong.
