Abstract EN

This article deals with the matter of electronic documents and the extent to which they are recognized as proof of evidence in civil articles, and discusses their validity in light of the Algerian legislation and comparative legislation.

These documents result from dealing with the use of modern means of communication.

And this is by addressing their concept, characteristics and conditions of validity to be considered as evidence the same way the traditional paper documents are.
