Water is the origin of life, and it is one of the greatest blessings that God has bestowed upon his creation in this world, and one of the best people by which he will die for them in the hereafter as well, and it is a substance on which the bulk of the economic activities of mankind are based, so the Algerian legislator resorted to organizing the distribution Water resources, monitoring their use, as well as protecting and preserving them, by granting easements over them.

This research paper aims to explain the provisions of water easement rights in jurisprudence and law, this issue that this issue that occupied a wide interest in the old and recent times because of the great impact of water on the life of living organisms, and the Islamic Sharia was the first to devote these rights and regulate their provisions, and most These rights are related to the true meaning of moral concepts, in order to strengthen neighborly relations.
