This study aims to know the extent of the impact of health associations on individuals in developing their health culture and to know the role that the Renal Insufficiency Association of Laghouat State plays in educating patients and providing them with sound health behaviors, as well as knowing the extent of these patients 'commitment to the association's guidelines and advice to preserve their health.

In order to reach accurate results, the two researchers applied a questionnaire and the interview on a sample estimated at: 140 patients with renal insufficiency, which were chosen in an intentional way, as the results were as follows: Most patients with renal insufficiency apply the advice and instructions of the Association for psychological and social reasons in the first place.

The Renal Insufficiency Patients Association contributes significantly to raising patients' morale and changing their health behavior.
