Scientific and technological development has affected life, including marriage; especially in the ways of expressing the will between two parties apart.

Since marriage is prone to deception and breakthroughs, most jurists and theologians (faqih) of the Sharia blocked the door for it to preserve its sanctity according to the rule of having no disadvantages better than bringing interests have.

The legislator has followed this development very slowly in some areas, but there is no trace for that in the Family law.

Notwithstanding, the provision of legal order and protection, and the good control of such means, may restore confidence in them, thereby changing the view of religion in the field of marriage, to make life easier for people and to keep pace with technological developments.
