The 21st century witnessed major challenges, including the great technology revolution and the orientation of the economies of countries towards e-commerce in which the Internet plays a major role.

As all of the business processes revolve around negotiations, deals, sale, purchase, marketing and exchange of money, e-commerce has grown and reached what it is noticed now because it offers many privileges.

However, there are many problems and obstacles stand in the way of e-commerce, especially the ones related to trade issues and consumer protection, in addition to the different legal regulations, commercial or financial legislations and tax that pose the problem of incompatibility at the local and global level.
