Abstract EN

Trough the extrapolation of the provisions of the executive decree establishing the conditions and ways for the exploitation of the real estate destined for the execution of investment projects, it seems clear that the state policy intends to rely on the most effective investment methods for the development of the real estate property owned by it.

Thereby, this ensures the contribution of real estate in achieving economic development.

In particular, at the present time, when Algeria is experiencing deteriorating economic transformations as a result of its dependence on oil wealth as a basis for the advancement of the national economy, the need to find another economic alternative other than oil wealth that is of a sustainable nature is essential.

This also includes the endowment (Wakf) investment sector that has been considered one of the alternative solutions in the Islamic economy.
