In this study, the peculiarities of the procedures that must be taken into account to properly perform the Oath of condemnation Oath of condemnation of denying the lineage were clarified, from filing a lawsuit until the issuance of a court ruling, as this lawsuit is considered one of the special cases for which the time limit is considered a prerequisite for its acceptance, and it is not possible to request medical expertise after filing this lawsuit.

And if the lawsuit is accepted, the Oath of condemnation is not conducted at the court level, but rather takes place in the mosque appointed by the judge and takes place after the prayer, and the imam of the mosque is assigned to supervise the curse council and to play the role of the judge, provided that this is done in a specific way and by inspecting the judicial report who writes a record and delivers it to the judge to issue the ruling accordingly.
