It is a specific implementation in which the specificity of the substantive rules of family law related to the provisions of Sharia and public order must be taken into account, with the need to establish family procedural rules independent of those contained in the general rules.

It is compatible with the nature of family disputes and takes into account their privacy, so that the procedural solutions adopted by the judicial authorities and the implementing agents regarding the implementation of family affairs bonds are unified.

Additionally, the process should be carried out in reasonable time in a manner consistent with the requirements of justice.

This is only done by filling the witnessed procedural gaps, then establishing an independent family procedural law, and an independent family judiciary working to unify the procedures followed in the implementation of family affairs bonds to solve the problems encountered.
