تصور مقترح لدافعية التطوير المهني لدى القيادات المدرسية وفق رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030

Abstract EN

This study aimed to measure the motivation of school leaderships for development according to the vision of 2030 in the villages of Jeddah governorate, to identify the most important obstacles which affect the school leadership for development in the villages of Jeddah governorate, and to reveal the differences between the answers of study sample’s members in relation to motivation for development among the school leaderships according to the variables (years of experience-academic qualification-educational region-training courses in managing and leadership).

in order to get the aims of the study and to answer the questions of the study, the researcher used the quantitative method (descriptive analytical) due to its convenience to this study, this study used a questionnaire as a tool to collect data which are related to this study, and this tool was applied to study sample.

the study sample contained school female leaders and their deputies in the offices of the villages of Jeddah governorate in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the first semester of academic year 1440-1441 H, the study sample only involved tow offices (educational offices of Rabigh and Khulais) they were 102 members.

this study found out several results such as : the motivation of school leaderships in in the villages of Jeddah for development according to the vision of 2030 were of high motivation degrees, and the obstacles which are related to school environment were in the first level with the highest arithmetic mean and a great agreement degree.

moreover the results of tests (t) did not show any significant statistical differences between the level of motivation of school leaderships for development according to the vision of 2030 in the villages which might be attributed to the variable of years of experience.
