Abstract EN

Based on what has been explained about islamiclegislation and its role in forming andbuilding the human Personality, it could beshown as following; 1- Holy Quran and Sunnah have direct andindirect effects in building the human personalityleading to make a simpolic generation in alllevels to build land and form persons and Societies.2- The items of human personality are somany including three main items which are soul, brain and body.

Soul is higher than brain andbrain is higher than body, therefore the bodyserves the brain and the brain serves soul.

In addition, the assignment coincides with them.

Solegislation paid more attention to these three aspectsin the respect of comprehensive education3- The human personality follows variousstages starting with foetal up to childhood andpuberty ending in aging stage.

Each stage is dealtwith by people according to physical and mentalability.

As it is obvious that the speech dealswith human personality based on every stage, and it changes gradually and the development ofspeech has direct and indirect effect in the rightbuilding of this personality on solid bases to gethappiness.4-The human personality follows differentstages concerning strength, weakness andmoods according to traditions circumstancesand times and places.

So legislation consideredthese stages and dealt with them to ease the styleof the legislated speech.

The human personalitymay reflect positive and negative-5 deeds and features, the negative featuresare more since they include willings and desireswhich motivate to get its ownbenefits neglecting others interests.

Humanbeings mostly follow own desires just like animalsand that causes shame in life and Allah'storture in hereafter.
