Abstract EN

It became clear from my study of selected jurisprudentialanthologies from Adwaa al-Bayanby Imam Ibn Sirin، may God Almighty havemercy on him، that they represent a fundamentalpillar in the jurisprudential field of ancient andmodern scholars.

Jurisprudence issues addressthe most important problems that society suffersfrom by choosing what is appropriate for societyin terms of rulings، and what the righteouspredecessors said from the jurists is not acceptedfrom this.

And that Ibn Sirin Rahma does notwarn in creating conceptions، despite the expansionof his work in the field of interpretationof the Qur'an، and this trend was his great lampthat was guided by him in the space of his jurisprudentialwork under the weight of the greatIslamic heritage that he dealt with and benefitedfrom.
