Abstract EN

This research is a study of the last twenty hadithsin the Imam al-Tirmidhi jamie in whichthe imam said: (Hassan), and its name is: (( Thegood clarification of Imam Al-Tirmidhi's saying: This is a good hadith)).

This is an indication of the extent to which thisphrase needs clarification due to the many confusionsthat occurred among many by adopting ageneral term, which it is not.

Rather, it is a termspecific to the imam, and this is evidenced by hisdefinition of the good hadith, as he says: (( Andwhat we mentioned in this book: a good hadith, we only wanted it to be its chain of transmissionwith us: every hadith that is narrated does not includein its chain of transmission those who areaccused of lying, and the hadith is not abnormal.

It is narrated from other than that, so it is agood hadith to us.

” The apparent meaning of hissaying (we wanted / we have) is that it belongsto him, otherwise it would have been attributedto someone else.

The truth, and through induction, is that the intent of Imam al-Tirmidhi in hissaying (Hassan hadith) is below the rank of authenticitybecause there is a reason in it, and thisreason did not reduce it to the degree of weaknessthat is not invoked.

Rather, it is in the rank ofthe weak that is invoked, and thus the method ofresearch is summarized by studying the narratorsof the chain of transmission according to Imamal-Tirmidhi, and knowing the underlying causein it, which was revealed in the view of Imam al-Tirmidhi from authenticity to al-Hasan.
