Abstract EN

The research aims to identify the effect ofusing tiered activities strategy upon the achievementand cognitive motive of fourth literary students.

the researcher use experimental designpost test.

the researcher chose division (A) torepresent the experimental group taught accordingtiered activities strategy, and represented thedivision (B) control group taught by traditionalmethod.

the number of sample students was(60), (30) students in each division.

the equivalentof two groups in some variables, the researcherprepared search tools: achievement testand cognitive motive scale, were verified validityand ratability instruments used (t-test) fordata processing, the results showed superiorityof the experimental group that studied accordingto the tiered activities strategy in a achievementand cognitive motive scale.
