Arabic Abstract

تهتم هذه الدراسة بتحليل واقع التنمية المستدامة لمناطق الظل لولاية تلمسان، والوقوف على دور المشاريع العمومية في دفع عجلة التنمية في مناطق الظل التابعة لولاية تلمسان كعينة عن باقي ولايات الوطن وهذا باستعمال المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، وقد توصلت الدراسة في مسعاها إلى نتائج تبرز أهمية المشاريع العمومية في تحسين الإطار المعيشي للسكان وتلبية حاجياتهم الأساسية حيث تم تسجيل على مستوى ولاية تلمسان 251 مشروع بغلاف مالي قدر ب أكثر من 370 مليار دينار تمثلت في فتح شبكات الطرق الجديدة، والتزويد بالمياه الصالحة للشرب وتأهيل شبكات الصرف الصحي والكهرباء والغاز والإنارة العمومية، علاوة على تحسين ظروف التمدرس والعلاج وفضاءات الترفيه، وتحقيق مستوى مقبول من الرفاهية الاجتماعية في مناطق الظل.

English Abstract

This study is concerned with analyzing the reality of sustainable development of shadow areas of Tlemcen, and to stand on the role of public projects in pushing the development of development in the state of Tlemcen as a sample from the rest of the homeland, using the descriptive analytical approach.

the study has reached results highlighting the importance of public projects in improving the living framework of the population and meeting their basic needs, where Tlemcen has been recorded at 251 million funds with more than 370 billion dinars represented in the opening of new road networks, providing drinking water and rehabilitation of sewage, electricity, gas and public lighting, as well as improving conditions terriment, treatment and entertainment space, and achieve an acceptable level of social well being in the shadow zones.
