تسعى هذه الورقة إلى دراسة أثر الضرائب المباشرة وغير المباشرة على مكافحة الفقر في الجزائر للفترة الممتدة بين سنتي 1990 و2020، أين اعتبرت قيمتي الضرائب المباشرة وغير المباشرة كمتغيرات مستقلة، في حين تم اتخاذ معدلات الفقر كمتغير تابع، من أجل تقصي النتائج تم استخدام مقاربة تعتمد التزاوج بين الإحصاء والقياس الاقتصادي استكشاف القيم المفقودة والمتطرفة، دراسة الطبيعية والخطية، نهج الحدود.

(ARDL) وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الرفع في كل من الضرائب المباشرة وغير المباشرة يساهم في تحفيز معدلات الفقر.

English Abstract

This paper seeks to study the impact of direct and indirect taxes on combating poverty in Algeria for the period between 1990 and 2020, where the values of direct and indirect taxes were considered as independent variables, while poverty rates were taken as a dependent variable, in order to investigate the results an approach based on intermarriage was used.

between statistics and econometrics (exploring missing and outliers, study of normality and linearity, autoregressive distributed lag model (ARDL).

the study concluded that raising both direct and indirect taxes contributes to stimulating poverty rates.
