The idea of advanced interpretation stems from the purpose of the law to organize society in a sound organization, and from observing the wisdom of legislating texts, and decomposes into two components that complement the other, namely, revealing the content of the text, and responding to the existing needs of society.

That is, the idea of advanced interpretation) is distinguished from it by its content of adapting the text in line with reality, and it was stipulated by the Iraqi legislator in Article Three of the Evidence Law, and it was paved for it in the Civil Code with multiple texts.
