a sample of six javelin throwers was selected from the players of the Babylon governorate team.

the researcher prepared motor transport exercises for a period of 4 weeks, and then tribal tests were conducted and the data obtained were processed using statistical bag SPSS and after collecting data and research results, the following conclusions were reached, which affected the exercises used in kinetic transport by developing the starting and achievement variables for javelin throwers, the research sample.
