Abstract EN

The researchers believe that standards are one of the most important scientific means that provide us with facts, information, and data about the leadership skills of individuals, and in order to create a measure of leadership skills for male and female teachers of physical education institutes in the Kurdistan region of Iraq.

the research aims to build a measure of the educational leadership skills of teachers of physical education institutes in the Kurdistan region of Iraq and to identify educational leadership skills and evaluate the performance of the teaching staff in the institutes, as well as to identify the relationship between educational leadership skills and evaluation of the performance of the teaching staff in the research sample.

the researchers used the descriptive approach in the analytical method for its suitability to the nature and problem of the research, and for the purpose of achieving the objectives of the research and for the research necessity, the researchers divided the research community into two samples, one for construction and the other for application in addition to the exploratory sample.
