The importance of the research came in the development of scientific facts in the hands of trainers and specialists in the physiological aspect of training swimmers on the concept of functional variables, blood lactate and enzymes between swimmers (200 meters) and (400 meters) freestyle and what are the differences between them in order for the training to be more accurate.

the research aims to : 1-identification of some functional variables, blood lactate and enzymes among (200 meters) swimmers.

the (400 meters) freestyle youth.

2-identifying the differences between a (200 m) and (400 m) freestyle swimmer in some functional variables, blood lactate and enzymes.
