Abstract EN

This standard study aims to try to highlight the extent of the impact of electronic communication technology on the economic growth of Algeria and some Middle Eastern countries for the period (2000-2020), and based on the independent variables represented in Internet users, mobile phone subscribers, the degree of commercial openness and the population in the interpretation of the dependent variable represented in economic growth, and based on the outcomes of the trade-off tests and then the analysis of static panel models, it was concluded that the fixed effects model is the most appropriate model for the study.
