Abstract EN

This research paper aims to Shedding light on the Takaful insurance market in Algeria, as we divided our research into several axes.

The first axis dealt with the concept of Takaful insurance and the essential differences between the latter and commercial insurance, as we explained the foundations on which it is based.

As for the second axis, we talked about the Algerian insurance market, its vehicles and those involved in it.

As for the third axis, we shed light on the Takaful insurance in Algeria and the percentage of its contribution to the Algerian insurance sector.

In addition, we discussed the challenges facing the success and development of the Takaful industry in Algeria and its prospects under the legislation.
