Abstract EN

This study aims to attempt to clarify the role technology startups in achieving the desired digital transformation in Algeria, as well as to diagnose the reality of technology startups and business incubators and the requirements and prospects for their success.

In our study, we relied on the descriptive and analytical approach, and we found the availability of the components for the success of technology startups in embodying digital transformation in our country, but there is still a need to carry out structural and legislative reforms in support of the state's efforts to embody the desired digital transformation.
