Abstract EN

This study aims to shed light on the precautionary policies adopted by the bank of algeria to promote financial stability in the light of the Basel Convention 3, after the failure of the Basel Convention Decisions 1and 2, by addressing the concepts of financial stability, as well as reading the indicators of financial viability in algeria.

This study concluded that the implementation of the basel 03 decisions goes beyond the mere application of new provisions and provisions and requires the creation of an appropriate environment.
