Abstract EN

The objective of this study is to focus on negative effects of the COVID_19 on the tourism and travel international sector.

In our study we relied on the analysis of the data contained in the reports prepared by different international organizations such as world tourism and travel council and world tourism organization.

At the end, we concluded that tourism and travel international sector has been greatly influenced by this pandemic from the important decline of the number of international tourists, and sector losses.

Then employment rate decrease in the sector as well as its global contribution to GDP.
