The research aimed to measure psychological trauma for primary school students and to identify the significance of the differences according to the gender variable (male-female) for the 2015-2016 academic year, and for all primary school stages.

the research sample amounted to (200) students, (119) males and (81) males.

females, and the psychological trauma scale prepared by the psychological research center has been relied upon, and the number of its paragraphs was (40) and after extracting the psychometric characteristics of the scale, it was applied to the research sample.

the results were that the students suffer from psychological trauma significantly, and there are no significant differences according to the gender variable.

the research came out with some recommendations and suggestions.
