Abstract EN

The current research aimed to measure the level of psychological burnout, and the level of social intelligence for kindergarten teachers in addition to revealing the correlation between the two variables of the research.

the research sample consisted of (300) female kindergarten teachers from both sides of Karkh and Rusafa for the academic year 2021/ 2022, who were selected according to the simple random sampling method.

furthermore, the researcher adopted the two measurement tools, and then verified the psychometric properties of the two tools, and finally applied them to the above mentioned research sample.

the results showed the following: 1-the arithmetic average of the research sample is greater than the hypothetical average, for the psychological burnout measurement tool.

2-the arithmetic average of the research sample is greater than the hypothetical average, for the social intelligence measurement tool.

3-there is a positive correlation between the research variables.
