Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the most important natural and cultural components in Algeria and their contribution on developing alternative tourism by the way the development of local economy and social local development, as an alternative to mass tourism and its negative effects on the host countries, by upgrading the components of alternative tourism, such as desert, thermal and climate tourism.

through the study, we concluded the need to formulate an alternative tourism strategy that would be a platform for future vision, targeting tourists interested by this field of tourism, with the need to involve the local population to achieve a balance between economic and social development for areas of tourist attraction and the protection of local ecosystems.
