Abstract EN

This study aims to show the contribution of development programs to achieve economic growth in Algeria during the period (2001-2014), it was after the state regained its pioneering role in economic activity in light of abundance of external resources resulting from oil revenues which are spent in order to improve the performance of national economy and to create the added value from the productive sectors, then laying the foundations of the real economy far away from therentier economy forms.

the study came to the conclusion that the economic growth during the study period, although it was positive, was not the result of the added value from the productive sectors, but rather due to the energetic rent whose resources remains subject to decline once its prices deteriorated in the international market.
