The aim of the study is to define methods of Islamic finance and how to formulate a Islamic financial system, in banking transactions.

despite the existence of Islamic financing bodies interacting in the international arena, there are some of them that are distinguished by the non-application of Islamic rules, as they are linked to some international bodies that apply a banking system that contradicts the Islamic approach.

with the political system applied in the state, and accordingly, some developing Islamic countries have resorted to the Islamic finance method to limit the consequences of the crises that Islamic thinkers have attributed to the interest factor that negatively affects the development process of the country.
