Abstract EN

This study aimed to determine the reality of financial technology in Arab countries by studying its payments sector, this is by presenting and analyzing the main indicators during the period 2014-2019.

this paper was concluded that Gulf countries rank first in use of financial technology instruments for payment, while the rest of the countries were delayed due to weak infrastructure, the legislative environment and financial literacy.
